Regular and Direct Plans

Investors can invest in Mutual Funds either through a distributor under a Regular Plan or directly with the Mutual Fund under a

Direct Plan. Where an investment is routed through ARN-6657, it would ordinarily be under the applicable Regular Plan and the

distributor may receive trail commission from the Asset Management Company in accordance with applicable regulations. Direct

Plans do not involve distributor commission and generally have a lower expense ratio than corresponding Regular Plans. Investors

are free to choose either route.
